I am sorry there was such a problem with shipping your backrest. The USPS lost your order and we were not aware that you never received the initial shipment. Once we recognized that there was problem. We did send a second backrest that was finally delivered on March 25th. We do appreciate your business!

Just received my back rest for my 2013 Vision. Arrived as promised. Gotta tell everyone that dealing with Linda was a pleasure. What professional and considerate people at Utopia! Thank you!   Ryan F -  2014-05-03 - I have installed my new backrest on my Spyder RTS and it is better than I thought. I was very nervous cutting into a new seat but the instructions and materials supplied made it straight forward and simple. Hi Bob and your awesome crew, this is my second backrest I have been lucky to own , my new bike is a Harley Sportster and it only took me an hour to install, it fits perfect and what a diffrance the ride is so much more comfortable. I love your backrests thank you so much all of you there for making motorcycle riding even better. Mark

I ordered backrest for wife's bike as a Christmas present. Installation is straight forward and simple. Product is very professionally made and sharp looking. Now I'm gonna have to order one for my bike in spring.
